Welcome

After 17 beautiful years in this beautiful house, it’s time for our next big adventure—and we’re opening the door for someone new to fall in love with this space the way we did.

We raised our family here. We built, we laughed, we gathered, and we grew. Every corner holds a memory. Over the years, we’ve thoughtfully renovated the home—from the bathrooms to the main floor, from the creative studio to the hardworking shed—each update was made with care and intention.

This isn’t just a house—it’s been a haven. And now, it’s ready for its next chapter. We invite you to take a look around and imagine what this place might mean to you. If you feel the pull, trust it. That’s exactly how we felt when we first walked through the door.

2nd floor

The second floor offers three welcoming bedrooms and a beautifully renovated bathroom designed with both function and indulgence in mind. It features a large walk-in shower and a deep, free-standing tub that easily fits two—perfect for quiet evenings or lazy Sunday soaks. From the back windows, you can watch the changing sky and migrating geese, thousands of them pausing in the nearby field each year. It’s been our peaceful perch through all seasons—a space for rest, reflection, and connection.

Main floor

The main floor is where life unfolded—an open-concept space that invites connection and flow. The living room, dining area, and kitchen blend seamlessly together, grounded by beautiful hardwood floors and filled with natural light. Off to the side, a cozy den or study offers a quiet view of the backyard—a perfect spot for reading, working, or simply watching the seasons change. The foyer welcomes you with a fireplace that has warmed many gatherings over the years, and just beyond the sliding glass doors, the back deck invites you out to fresh air and open sky. It’s a space that holds people well—warm, open, and full of possibility.

Lower level(basement)

The lower level has always been a space full of life and purpose. With two generously sized rooms, a second living area with a gas fireplace, and a freshly renovated bathroom featuring a sleek glass shower, it’s both functional and welcoming. The laundry room includes a unique bonus: a dedicated workspace we lovingly called the lab, where natural products were imagined and made. Over the years, this floor held bedrooms, late-night talks, creative projects, and quiet moments by the fire. It’s a space with flexibility and warmth—ready for whatever the next chapter brings.

Plenty of room for guests

Studio,

Built as a dedicated space for music, the studio has been a hub of creativity and focus. Designed to welcome students and host musical projects, it’s a large, soundproofed room with no windows—ideal for recording, teaching, or uninterrupted creative flow. The attached bathroom makes it fully self-contained, and the space feels private yet connected. Underneath, a 4-foot crawl space foundation spans the full footprint of the studio—more than 20 feet long by 12 feet wide—offering exceptional additional storage. This studio was an expansion of the home, and it carries with it a spirit of possibility and artistic energy.

The Yard, Garden

The backyard has been a sanctuary of its own—a fully fenced space wrapped in perennial gardens and filled with the scent of lilacs and fresh soil in spring. A metal gazebo sits on the deck, perfect for long summer dinners or quiet morning coffee. There’s both a woodshed and a garden shed, offering plenty of room for tools, bikes, or firewood. The lot is a generous 67 x 110 feet, with a wide driveway that easily fits multiple cars, a trailer, or even a camper. It’s a yard that has hosted kids, gardens, songs, and stars—and is surrounded by truly great neighbors we’ve been lucky to have.

Our Home

This house has been more than a place to live—it’s been a vessel for our family’s story. Seventeen years of growth, music, laughter, quiet mornings, and full-hearted goodbyes. Every room, every corner, has held something meaningful. As we set out on our next chapter—traveling across the country in a custom-built bus—we’re leaving this space ready for someone new to make it their own.

If you feel a connection as you look around, trust it. That’s how we knew it was home. And now, it’s ready to welcome its next story
